Refunds/Cancellations

Cancellation by the Client:

a. The Client may request to cancel logo design services at any time by providing written notice to Logo Design Company India.
b. If cancellation occurs before the commencement of work, the Client may be entitled to a full or partial refund as outlined in the Refund Policy.

Cancellation Fees:

a. In the event of a cancellation by the Client after the commencement of work, Logo Design Company India may charge a cancellation fee based on the work completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date.
b. The specific cancellation fees are detailed on the website.

Refund Policy:

a. Logo Design Company India may offer refunds under certain conditions, as outlined below:
i. If the cancellation occurs before the start of the design process, the Client may be eligible for a full or partial refund, subject to the deduction of any costs incurred.
ii. No refunds will be issued after the final logo design has been delivered to the Client.
b. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, and the timing of the refund may vary.

No-Show or Lack of Communication:

a. If the Client fails to provide necessary information or feedback within a specified timeframe, Logo Design Company India reserves the right to consider the project abandoned. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Termination by Logo Design Company India:

a. Logo Design Company India reserves the right to terminate logo design services in the event of a breach of terms by the Client.
b. In such cases, any fees paid by the Client may be forfeited, and Logo Design Company India is not obligated to provide a refund.

Force Majeure:

a. Logo Design Company India shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

Communication of Cancellation:

a. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@logodesignco.in.
